Terrible customer service in Inverurie. Couldn't care less about customers, staff too busy chatting to each other to bother with us.Will buy online next time at Amazon.
I returned a faulty rowing machine last night. I thought the process would take forever but I was mistaken. Shop assistant Dave made the process of returning and purchasing a replacement all in one transaction so only took couple of minutes. Thanks again

Trying very hard to find a store/any store with the products I want in stock. Found it available in Argos Inverurie. Great! Website states store open until 21:00. I have time to go buy them.I didnt click & collect as that wouldve wasted precious time. I just went straight to the store. Arrived 20:39 store CLOSED! Bad show Argos. Were the staff sneaking off early? Or is it company policy to close whenever one feels like it? I will now do everything to source my products (value >175) elsewhere. Perhaps John Lewis, when they get stock in, or Currys PC World next door.Edited (the following day) I sent a Facebook message to Argos. I received a prompt reply stating that the extended hours were for Christmas week and I was offered travel expenses. So that was nice of them.
