If you enjoy spending lots of money, and getting very little in return, and recommended unnecessary treatments each and every visit, and clear avoidance of any on going problems, then I should of given 5 stars as Mr Forrest will be the dentist for you. In my opinion, I have never met anyone involved in health care so blatantly financially motivated. Perhaps the other dentists within the practice have a different approach, and if this is the case, then patient experience may be much more positive. Thank you.
I have had nothing other than first class service from the team. This is everyone concerned with the practice from the cleaner keeping the place spic and span, front of house reception team's friendly, efficient and professional approach in addition to the dental staff performing excellent work with a sound, knowledgeable and welcoming attitude. Have been very pleased with the treatment I have received at this practice. The staff are all very supportive and helpful. I have been amazed at how crowns and veneers are made up and fitted in one session. Keep up the good work.
We always receive first class service here. The staff are so efficient, polite and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. We both use this dentist and have done for years, our 11yr old daughter too. They are excellent - highly recommend to anyone who us nervous, they are so good with our daughter.
