The only gym I have felt comfortable in. The owner Shama is very knowledgeable and is a good motivator! A very friendly, non judgemental place to be. Highly recommend.

Welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Clean (does not smell like a gym), good range of cardio machines, free weights area, showers and changing areas, rest rooms.Upstairs studio space with great windows and mirrors, it's a proper dance studio, perfect for pole dancers. Range of classes on offer, Personal Trainer available and a lovely coffee area with comfortable sofas and bar stools looking out to the street.
