Have used Shawn a couple of times to service our boiler. Prior to the service, it worked fine but since then we seem to have had a number of problems including the oil not being re-connnected so it didnt work at all. Shawn did come out to fix this for us but advised that he needed to fit a part and would return later to do this but had a job on in London that he had to go to. Two months on, nothing has happened and we have been left with a smell of oil when the boiler is operating. Tried to contact him but no reply so have had to resort to finding someone else. Unfortunately, i think some people are not interested in small jobs so probably just a case of finding someone that does. I am sure Shawn is probably great at very big jobs.
Had Shawn in for a full fitting of a gas central heating system, upgrading from out dated storage heaters. He recommended the products that were most suitable for the job, and I can't fault him for it. Very happy with his choices and work.He finished the work on schedule, safely and professionally, and he comes highly recommended from me. I'd use his services again.
