I don't think it's too much to expect M&S to heat their cafe but apparently this has been broken in the Inverurie branch for 2 months now! There should be a warning you will need to sit in the cold before making a purchase as really not acceptable for elderly customers
Had a nice sandwich and cake . Fine cup of tea but it's a bit expensive I feel . But enjoyed it .

Large enough selection of all the wonderful M&S things we all love.
