Went into sandy thain today to see about changing my car, after having my keys taken by the salesman to "value" my seat Ibiza 2014 plate, he returned with a confrontational stance to tell me he couldn't value my car. And it was in a no good state, with dents all down my quater back side panel. This is certainly not true, yes the car was a little mucky and needing a clean. This doesn't mean theres dents all over it which i wouldn't notice! I was very annoyed of course. And then they went on to value my car at 2300. The car is worth 3400!, i know from various sources. I am outraged. Do not recommend anyone to go here. Especially younger women alone such as myself. Could have been taken for a fool. Luckily I am not stupid.
